Make sure that you iPad or iPhone is connected to the VismoX network. If the problem persists, close down the application and start over. Alternatively, download the VismoX ID Search for Windows on www.vismox.com/home/download and search the ID’s on the tablet/laptop.
*The VismoX network must not be used for other systems or applications.
*Make sure that the computer is on the VismoX network when you start the application.
*Make sure that the receiver is always connected to power when the system is being used.
